Lake Home Realty is a boutique real estate company specializing in lakefront properties. When LHR looked to revitalize their 1980s corporate headquarters, their goals centered around creating a space that reflected lake home life – a connection with nature, a comfortable, relaxing aesthetic, and a visual emphasis on water. 

The finish palette utilized throughout the space incorporates organic materials with rustic accents. Subtle references to the movement of water are made in the form of soft curves and various shades of blue. The furniture aims to provide a comfortable and functional backdrop to the breathtaking mountain views that take center stage from almost every room. Teknion glass walls were utilized to maximize views and daylighting while ensuring the exterior environment remained a dynamic part of the interior experience.
