After spending decades based in an outdated, 1980s office park, this health insurance company relocated their headquarters to BroadWest- an urban, mixed-use community in Midtown.
As the company aimed to transition workers back to the office after Covid and remote work policy changes, a fresh space was needed to breathe new life into their corporate culture. Creating an office that reflected an “employee-first” mindset was a primary objective. This was not to be just an ordinary office, but one where employees and guests would want to be and feel at home. Elevated, design-oriented interiors, comfortable, high-functioning furniture, and various hospitality-inspired amenities were incorporated. Even a game room immediately adjacent to the cafe features a golf simulator for both employee enjoyment and client entertaining.
Various custom furniture solutions were developed to meet workstation, storage, and conference table criteria. Architectural glass walls were also used to maximize daylighting and interior views.
Overall, the design is cohesive, functional, and stunningly beautiful which successfully brings this company into the modern era.
